		<description>I think what RI Housing is trying to do is great. For those of us who make more than the alloted amoutn of income and have HGUE amounts of student loans to facilitate making that kind of money, we are stuck.

Myself and my girlfriend make more than $100,000 a year combined but we also pay out more than $2500 a month in loans. After taxes and other expenses we barely make enough to rent in Providence let alone buy a condo. Hence why we are still renting and will be for a while.

I apprieciate what RI Housing is trying to do but they have a long way to go not only in affoable loans but in their affordable housing market as well.</description>
